Meet Dianne Johnson

The Reason that The Heal Her Foundation Inc. was created.

Founded on September 10, 2022, the 28th birthday of Dianne Johnson. The first birthday that Dianne shared with us only in spirit, World Suicide Prevention Day. The Heal Her Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization in the state of Georgia, birthed through a combination of grief, determination, hope and perseverance. Established in remembrance of Dianne Johnson who was a beautiful friend that had a light that shined so bright, a smile so contagious, and a spirit so loving.

Our Mission, Vision & Purpose

Mission

Our mission is to create a supportive and inclusive community where women can find the resources, guidance, and inspiration they need to overcome challenges, achieve personal growth, and thrive in all aspects of their lives. Through education, mentorship, and empowerment programs, we aim to uplift and transform the lives of women, fostering a stronger, more resilient community for all.

Vision

The vision of The Heal Her Foundation is to create a world where every woman, regardless of her background or circumstances, has access to the support, resources, and opportunities she needs to heal, grow, thrive, and reach her fullest potential. We envision a society where women's physical, emotional, and mental well-being are prioritized, where the cycle of generational trauma is broken, and where women are empowered to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. Through our work, we aim to foster resilience, self-worth, and community, making a lasting impact on the lives of women and their families.

Purpose

Our purpose is to provide comprehensive support, resources, and services to women who have experienced physical, emotional, or mental trauma, with a focus on healing, empowerment, and personal growth. Our organization aims to create a safe and nurturing environment where women can rebuild their lives, regain their self-esteem, and develop the skills and resilience needed to thrive. Through education, counseling, advocacy, and community-building initiatives, we aspire to break the cycle of trauma and contribute to the holistic well-being of women and their families.
